Until I became pregnant with my first child, I had never even heard of this book or it's wonderfully endearing characters. Then sometime during my second trimester, my dear friend and godmommy to my baby gave me this book. I immediately began reading it to my unborn son. Every night my husband and I would take turns reading this book to my belly and to our amazement, Joshua seemed to react to it!!!

My husband and I fell in love with the whole message of the book. To us it was saying that no matter what, we would always love our child. After Joshua was born we continued to read this book to him and still do. Now that he is 10 months old he loves to help us turn the pages and seems to really enjoy all the pictures of "Big and Little Brown Nut Hare".

While I still am an avid fan of Dr. Suess I must say Kudos to this book!!!! It will deffinetly be a treasure in our family for years to come.
