Women and men, both have had trouble with pimples at some point in their life. I have had trouble with it for a long time. It began when I was in junior high school and has bothered me ever since. I started to using a lotion for my acne called "Proactiv", my acne began to clear up and look better than before. There are three easy steps to follow when using proactiv, so you can be free from worry about your skin.
1).Renewing Cleanser(120mL)
-Using morning and night
-Apply a small amount to dampened skin and gently massage
-Rinse thoroughly with warm water
-Pat dry
-If bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day
-If going outside, use a suncream
2).Revitalizing Toner(120mL)
-Apply to cleansed skin with a cotton ball or pad, morning and night as needed
-Allow Toner to dry and follow with Repairing Lotion
3).Repairing Lotion(60mL)
Renewing cleanser is in the big, white bottle. It includes lumps, and makes your skin feel cool. Renewing cleanser helps clean your skin. Face skin is very sensitive, so do not wash your face strongly with it because it can cause little cuts on your face. (Lumps in the cleanser may even cause microscopic cuts.) It is better to use it twice a day, but some parts of my skin were too dry after using it that much. So now, I am using it just once. I do not have any problems using it now.
Revializing Toner is a clear, watery liquid. This is the lotion. It is used after the renewing cleanser. I feel like it penetrates into my skin. I usually pat my face with it, and it feels so good!
Repairing lotion is in the small bottle. I think it is more like milky lotion. Its color is also white, but it is sicker than other two products. The instruction book said it is for marks your old pimples. You just need to put it on the marks that you have. However, I like to put it on my entire face. A little amount of Repairing lotion will cover it all.
When I was in junior high school, I had many pimples on my face. Most of them were on my forehead, nose, and cheeks. I was very embarrassed about it and tried to cover them with my hair. I made it worse though because I touched them constantly. Many people told me that these pimples exist because of growth hormones. They said it would get better soon. Yet, my battle with pimples has not finished.
Have you heared about adult pimples? It is different from teenage pimples. Adults pimples can get because of lack of sleep, unsteady life pattern, stress, and so on. Periods are also one of its causes.(Sorry gentleman!)
There are several kinds of pimples, such as red and white ones, big and small ones, and ones that hurt and some that do not. These lotions are good for all kinds of pimples and helps you feel better about yourself. Before I did not like mirrors and pictures of mine.
Proaciv had to be order and sent it the mail before, but now, some big shopping malls sell it. If you worry about using new products, just ask salesperson directly.
