Cons: This printer is the worst printer I've ever bought!!!!!!

I swear those other opinions had to have been written by HP employees! This is the worst printer I've ever bought and i've bought several (even my original printer was a HP and I thought it was great!) - I bought this at Staples for my husband because it was the latest and greatest at the time - what a mistake! He's not "technologically comfortable", let's say - there couldn't be a worse printer for him. Whenever he tries to print something from the internet, it spits out page after page of garbled one and two lines of greek - AND it bends the top edge of every piece of paper that comes out. And yes, I've upgraded the drivers to what it should be! What a piece of crap and waste of money - maybe we just got a lemon, but I am taking it back to Staples to see if I can get rid of it as I bought the warranty - maybe I"ll come back complaing about Staples too!

Unless you are really comfortable w/computers and peripherals (which I am by the way) - DON'T buy this printer- it is High Maintenance!!!!! with very little payback.
