Pros: Attractive PC, Great PC if you want something that is undependable
Cons: HP BAD customer service, battery issues, PC overheats LOUD CPU fan, no warning shut down
The Bottom Line: Terrible customer service that left me with a PC that was undependable and the issues never sorted out... This PC is great for recycling.

I have owned several HP PCs and I can say that by far this is the worst laptop I have ever had. If they had negative stars to classify it then it would be a negative 5 stars. I bet all he positive comment were written by HP developers, and if you could call all the positive responses that are listed here now they would have other things to say like the PC died years ago. Most importantly how undependable this PC is, it just overheats and shuts down without notice. It has been back and forth to HP (another -5 stars for worthless customer service) and when the warranty ended, the problems that were never sorted to begin with, were now out of warranty. The battery shows a full charge and yet turn it off and on again and the LED shows that it needs charging.. The temp is so warm that the fan runs constantly (VERY LOUDLY I might add) and the internet is full by now of all the complaints of this PC which would be better served as a boat anchor, so if someone is giving it to you fine, just politely refuse as you will just die of frustration. You have it and think WOW I have a cool looking laptop, that's all you have because the appliance itself is completely useless.. HP you should be ashamed to have not recalled all these units and HP you should be ashamed at your horrible customer service. What happened to customer is king? I guess you had my cash so that was all that was really important. I have not bought a HP since, and will NEVER again. I suggest you do the same as that's the only way to show my true feelings to them, and maybe then they start treating their customers with respect.
