Pros: Small, great quality pics.
Cons: Customer service outside U.S. with poor english skills. Warranty period.
The Bottom Line: camera has great quality pics, but poor battery life and bad customer service. I'm sure there are better cameras out there.

Got this camera as a gift. It takes excellent pictures with fine quality.
I lowered the quality of the pictures so I could get more pictures on the card. You definitely need an extra card especially when travelling and don't lose it's case as they are extremely small and easy to lose.
A must with this camera is rechargeable batteries. We go through batteries extremely quickly and keep 4 sets charged and ready to go. On a typical Christmas, we went through 3 sets of batteries.
Durability is my issue. I went to florida and it was damp out and the camera must have gotten moisture in it and broke (5 months old) and needed to be serviced. Had a new camera sent to me but, they didn't extend a new warranty on the new camera.
Shutter speed is slow with a few seconds often between shots. I have missed many precious pictures due to the delayed shutter speed. I think this is pretty typical with most digital cameras though.
Customer service is terrible. Their service center is I believe in India and I had a terrible time trying to explain my problems and get resolution. I had to restate the issue numerous times in a fashion to get the service rep to understand me. This is uncalled for. They kept asking canned questions which had already been answered so it was extremely annoying.
Lastly, I have issues emailing pictures on this camera that were taken at higher pixel levesl. even when I compress them, I can not send more than 1 pic at a time. Now this may be due to my technical ineptitude but, I am normally very good at the pc.
