| KittyKat79's Full Review: Hewlett Packard Scanjet 3300c Flatbed Scanner |
I purchased this scanner a few weeks ago and boy am I happy! I have never had so much fun with a scanner before. I have been scanning and e-mailing all kinds of pictures. You can add frames, do artictic effects, darken, brighten, blur, and so much more.
This scanner comes with a program called Professor Franklin. This is the program I use to modify my pictures. This scanner has such a good quality, I have even enlarged some of my pictures, framed them, and sent them out as gifts to my family. This is wonderful for me considering I live 2,000 miles away from home.
Let me see, I paid $129 for this scanner and I also bout the Deskjet 842C Printer along with it for $149. What a wonderful purchase! I could not be happier.
Anyway lets get down to the basics. This is a 36 bit scanner with 600 DPI optical resolution (9600 enhanced). It can scan documents up to 8.5" x 11.7" It plugs into your USB port which helps it to scan faster.
I must say this was a very good buy for the price. I am very pleased with this scanner. If you are in the market for one, I would go with the HP Scanjet 3300Cse.
