This is the first phone that I've had in 5 years that I've actually liked!

First, it works well as a phone. I can hear on calls. Previous phones that I've had have not worked very well in that basic capacity. I have slight hearing loss, so for previous phones unless I used a bluetooth headset (which got to be annoying to carry around), I couldn't hear on my phones. This phone does not have this problem.
Second, I LOVE the google integration! I can check my gmail (my primary mail) or connect to google talk in a snap. My calendar is easily accessible on the phone. My contacts are easy to find. I can do so much because of Google!
Third, I like the google maps feature. However, I do find it sometimes difficult to use. I wish it were easier to get it to update to my location and adjust a route when driving. It seems like I should be able to do this with just one button push, instead it takes a few to navigate and do it.
Fourth, I love the keyboard. I hate 'virtual' keyboards for phones, like the iphone. That's why I refused to buy an iphone. While the keyboard isn't as nice as my old sidekick (it's slightly smaller) it still works well.
There are some problems with the phone. The main problem is that the battery life is abysmal! I have to charge my phone every other day, and sooner than that if I use it to talk or to send text messages. This is ridiculous. If I use my phone a lot in one day, the battery will be dead by the end of the day. This needs to be fixed.
Tmobile is the service provider and they've gone downhill in my opinion. I've been with them for close to 9 years and each year I feel like they charge more and offer less. They nickel and dime you to death for this phone with the extra packages that you have to buy to, you know, use the phone (the data transfer).
