omarsepinion's Full Review: Haier HDT18PA 17 in. Built-in Dishwasher
This is a cute modern looking D/W. I was impressed by the Stainless Steel tub, the soft touch buttons, the Delay Start option... Once I got it connected, and after running for about 15-20 minutes, it started to leak from the area below the door. Couldn't get it to reset and it kept on beeping. Called Tech Support (which is available 24/7)(not sure if they are that dedicated to customer service or if the are expecting that their poor quality product requires a call to Tech Support). They suggested I disconnect it, tip it back @ 45 degrees, then restart it. It started, yet started leaking once again. Called Tech Support and they suggested I check the level of the drain hose. It was @ 37 inches instead of between 15.5" & 36.5" as is recommended. After resetting it again, I used a trash can for it to drain into which set the height of the drain hose @ 24". Started it for a third time and once again, it leaked about a bucket of water. So after mopping the kitchen 3 times & wet-n-dry vacuuming the water out of the adjacent carpet twice, this one is getting repacked and is going back to Walmart.
