I bought this dishwasher 10 months ago. The wheels and castings broke within a month. No service places wanted to deal with Haier, so I had to go with someone very far away to fix it. First time the repair guy came out, Haier called and said, rudely, since I'd removed the number code from the dishwasher I wouldn't be covered. Luckily we found the product number on a rather odd spot of the door,so parts were ordered. I called every month for the next five months, but the parts kept getting back ordered. Finally the service technition and I got Haier to express ship the parts (which took another month). When the technition came back to fix the dishwasher (broke then for 8 months), we found Haier sent the wrong parts.

Now, 10 months after our purchase Haier is telling us we have to pay the shipping and difference for an exchange for the countertop model (bypassing the crappy wheel castings). Haier actually thinks I'm going to pay more for countertop model, which, according to every vender, is actually $80-$120 less than the model I have, and pay them to haul this piece of crap off. They refuse any monetary refund. Meanwhile, the eyesore of a broken dishwasher litters my kitchen floor and mocks me everytime I have to wash dishes by hand.
