Pros: All around great product in a small package.

Cons: It's smaller, a portable. Understand that when you buy. "Haier" is hard to spell.

I have had one of these for over two years - it works perfectly and well. In a small 1930 kitchen I shoehorned it in an available 19" space and permanently installed it.

The only problem was my fault for having plugged it into a outlet on the same circuit as a GFCI outlet; it kept tripping the circuit breaker. A free service call by an authorized repair tech helped me solve the problem. It did take me going to Haier's website and calling to find a repairman as they are not as common in the US - yet.
