Pros:Locking latch for cooking cheese, removable grids
The Bottom Line: If your looking into getting a grill for your indoors this would be a great option. Can't go wrong with this purchase.
The Hamilton Beach 25451 Indoor Grill is a wonder grill to have for those rainy days when you can't make it to your outdoor grill. This grill is a bit different than the rest of the other indoor grills I've tried. There are two nonstick cooking grids, which gives you a contact-style grilling option. The grids are fairly large on this grill. They measure to be 10x10 inches. All this space will allow you to cook up to 6 hamburgs at one time! Pretty good size if you ask me! This grill will get up to 1,200 watts, which will allow you to cook anything you could possibly want on this indoor grill. I have even found that some frozen foods can be cooked on this grill. I got out some corn the other night and thought I would just try it out on the grill to see what would happen. Turned out great! I had to cook it a big longer than the unfrozen foods. The one thing this product has that I've never seen on any other indoor grill is a small latch. This small latch can be used when cooking the cheese on a burger. Instead, of closing it all the way down on top of the burger you can stop it right over the burger and do the latch to keep it held up. That way it melts your cheese with no mess. One of my favorites techniques! I always hate getting a burger with the cheese not melted good. I have to say that this was a great investment all in all. The price is not all that bad. I spent roughly $58 dollars on mine. I feel that I've already got my $58 dollars back as many times as I've used this grill.
