The outside of the oven gets extremely HOT! The sliding window door doesn't slide easily and sometimes is difficult to open or close. This oven doesn't toast very well. The outside will be very well-done or burnt-black, while the inside of the toasted bread is dry and crispy like a cracker. My bagels will be toasted on the outside and will be hard and cold on the inside. The timer on the oven doesn't work very well. We have to stand in from of the oven to watch it bake or toast, otherwise, it doesn't know when to stop. There is nothing in between. Things are either underdone or burnt black with a cold inside. Also,the sliding window door is hard to clean. It needs to be taken apart in order to clean. Temperatures are not consistant!
