Pros: No glass coffee pot to clean! Very easy to clean and work!
Cons: Bad tasting coffee!!!
The Bottom Line: I can't really recommend this product. All I can say is try it out and hope yours works better than mine, but keep the receipt just in case!

I don't want to burst anyone's bubble but I have read all the great reviews on the great tasting coffee this machine produces but I have had no such luck with mine...This was given to us as a Christmas gift. I always wanted one and so I quickly brewed my husband and I some coffee and it was great tasting...after a few days I brewed coffee and the coffee was terrible we could not drink it. It had that old burnt taste. Left an awful taste in the mouth. So I cleaned it out with the vinegar checked everything inside, all looked well after all it was brand new but still the same result, terrible coffee! So we exchanged it for another thinking we must have gotten a faulty one or something, but the same thing. We even tried bottled water instead of from the faucet but still it just does not have a good taste. My husband says it tastes like plastic. I really can't describe the taste but you just can't drink it. I am so very disappointed since I wanted one of these for so long. I wish I could give a good review but must be honest. Is anyone else out there experiencing this?
