Pros: AMAZING odor control!
Cons: Price, and not 100% "Trackless"
The Bottom Line: 100% Odor Control, less than 100% "Trackless" - at a steep price - but worth it.

| jrxx1's Full Review: Harvest Ventures Tracks Less Litter Pearls Cat Lit... |
I have to admit, that I was a little skeptical about the claim of not having to change the litter in the litter box for about 30 days. But, I have to say that this stuff is amazing. I have not smelled that cat-urine smell once since I started using it. Here is what the package reads:
"Litter Pearls technology is very unique. It makes Litter Pearls super absorbant, locks odors inside the pearl, and allows the liquiud moisture to evaporate out so that it can absorb again over and over during the month. There are special porous channels inside Litter Pearls that grab the odor particles and lock them tightly inside its core. Our technology enables it to last an entire month without changing"
The litter is made of jagged-shaped Silica Sand that is all natural, chemical free, non-toxic and Earth friendly, and does not contain harmful Crystalline silica. The Litter Pearls have no scent, nor do they create any dust that other clay litters produce. You simply have to remove solid waste on a daily basis - and you can use whatever scooper you currently use.
Since the Litter Pearls quickly absorb liquid, there is never an ounce of liquid at the bottom of the litter box, making it a more sanitary option. The Litter Pearls do change color once they absorb moisture, but will continue to absorb until they are completely full - at which point they fall to the bottom of the litter pan.
And it really does last 30 days (for a one-cat box)! And, my cat took to it immediately.
The only thing that doesn't seem to work 100% is the "trackless" part. A few of the jagged shapes seem to somehow stick to my cat's paws when it exits the box, shakes them off and then they scatter across the floor - but still not as bad as other litters.
The price is a con. I paid $17.99 for a 7lb bag. But the bottom line is, this stuff really works. I'm also considering trying out a less expensive brand of silica litter. I'll keep you posted.
