Pros: Children get to be a mommy to a realistic baby. My child loves her baby!
Cons: Pricey, color of lips fade, loud motor, and leaky diapers.
The Bottom Line: Although, there r some cons for this product, overall I would recommend this doll over other dolls anytime.

Got this doll for 49.99 at Walmart for my 5-year-old daughter. I also bought all the accessories this doll has. She loves it. She had recieved alot of new 2006 great toys but this one she adores the most. She personally loves when you give her the pacifier and starts to suck and after awhile she starts to fight her sleep by opening and closing her eyes for a little and then falls asleep.
Now there are a few things I don't like about this doll especially for the price I paid for it. Like mentioned in another review here, the color on her lips rub off easily due to the use of the pacifier, bottle or sippy cup.
I do not like the loud motor sounds coming from the doll. When she wakes up or is blinking her eyes or just talking, you can hear the motor working very loud. I think that takes it away from the doll that supposed to be realistic.
The diapers that come with these dolls do not work right. I bought newborn/preemie diapers from a cheap brand at Walmart that work alot better. They don't leak at all like the Baby Alive brand do.
Other than what is described above, this doll makes a good realistic doll. Alot of my friends and family gave this doll to their girls this Christmas and their children love them as does my child.
I think this doll helps a child learn a little of responsibility. Since she had this doll (Christmas) she has been really strict on just leaving her anywhere. She puts her in her bed and covers her. She feeds and changes her and holds her as if she were a real baby. Hopefully, this will continue for a bit longer because I didnt pay almost $50.00 for nothing. :)
