About 6 six or seven months ago my daughter who was four at the time and is now five years old, purchased the Hasbro Furreal Friends Newborn Farm Piglet with her own piggy bank money. We went to the Walmart department store here in Rhode Island. She spotted the Hasbro Furreal Friends Newborn Farm Piglet in the middle isle near the toy section of the store. It was on sale for $9.99. The original price was $13.99.
My daughter wanted the Hasbro Furreal Friends Newborn Farm Piglet because she thinks that it is baby Wilber from the original Charlottes' Web movie. And she loved that he comes with a bottle because she could pretend that she is Fern taking care of Wilber just like in the movie as well. She even named her Hasbro Furreal Friends Newborn Farm Piglet Wilber The Pig.
The Hasbro Furreal Friends Newborn Farm Piglet takes double A batteries, and you need a phillips head screw driver to open the battery compartment which is located under the flap, on the botoom of the pig. There is an on / off switch located just above the battery pack. There is no volume control button. However, you really don't need one any how since the Hasbro Furreal Friends Newborn Farm Piglet is rather quiet for the most part.
My daughter plays with the Hasbro Furreal Friends Newborn Farm Piglet a few times per week. And she has it in her lap pretending to feed him every time she watches her Charlottes Web DVD movie. It still gets just as much use as it did when she first chose to buy it for her self six months or so ago.

My daughter adores her Hasbro Furreal Friends Newborn Farm Piglet.He does cute things and makes real pig like noises as well. If pet or pretend fed, the Hasbro Furreal Friends Newborn Farm Piglet will snort and grunt. And while making his pig like noises he will also wiggle his rear end and tail, and his stubby little snout will move in and out while he snorts. He is about 9 inches long, 7 inches high and 5 or 6 inches wide or so.
So far my daughter has gotten a lot of use out of her Hasbro Furreal Friends Newborn Farm Piglet.I can tell she has not gotten tired of it at all. At the end of each nightshe still tucks him right into her bed and sleeps beside him.
You can not machine wash the Hasbro Furreal Friends Newborn Farm Piglet. However it is easy enough to surfsce wash him with a rag / cloth and warm soapy water. Since his fur is so silky like he cleans and dries up pretty quick and easy too. Oh and he is made for ages 3 and over to play with.
I highly recommend the Hasbro Furreal Friends Newborn Farm Piglet. It is well worth the money and is a lot of fun for little ones.
