A couple of years ago, i was in the computer store with my roommate. We decided that we wanted a new computer game to replace solitaire and minesweeper. We had decided that it it should be something we could play by our selves and with friends. Then I saw it...
Boggle. I ran over to it and was like, "Hey Liz, look at this!" She was like "i remember playing this as a kid!" and we bought it.
This game is amazing. There are five different versions you can play:
1. Classic Boggle
This is the same as the real thing. You see a 3D square with 16 cubes on it. By either clicking on the letters or typing them, you try to make as many words as you can in the alloted time.
2. Breakaway Boggle
Using a multi-dimensional cube of rotating letters, you'll turn your three letter words into longer worlds and score even more points. Once the letters have been selected they will disappear. The game ends when you run out of words to select.
3. Battle Boggle
This is a 2-player version of Boggle where both players play on the same grid at the same time. Taking turns selecting letters, you get five minutes to make as many words on your empty grid. Words can only be selected once, and whoever has the most words at the end wins.
4. Space Boggle
A stream of boggle cubes comes towards you and you have to make words a quickly as you can. You have a minute to make as many words going any direction.
5. In Your Face Boggle
A grid of letters are coming towards your face, and you have to clear away the letters by forming words. If the grid gets in your face, then the game is over.
This is an amazing game overall, and i would recommend it for anyone.
