Pros: Such detail that you can see every weird bump on his big head
Cons: Strange cone head
The Bottom Line: One of the more important Jedi figures of the many produced or this series. He is a good collectible.

| some_guy5's Full Review: Hasbro Star Wars Episode III Ki-Adi Mundi Action F... |
Ki-Adi-Mundi is a Jedi Master who, while not central to the plot so far, has actually had a line in the movies. He sits prominently on the Jedi council and not off on the periphery where you can hardly see him. He also has the shame of a poor performance in the arena battle on Geonosis against the Separatists. When Count Dooku called off the droids to talk to Mace Windu, Ki-Adi-Mundi and a few others get shepherded into the circle by battle droids where the rest of the non-conquered Jedi are still fighting. Boo. Lets hope he makes a better account of himself in Revenge of the Sith.
Ki-Adi-Mundi is figure number 29 and another member of collection number 2 in the Revenge of the Sith series. I do not remove my figures form their packages, so my analysis will be from the outside. As with all of these figures, they are not recommended for children under the age of four because the small pieces can be a choking hazard. As far as the durability of these figures, well I don't open them. But I did open some from Episode I and I can tell you from past experience that the small weapons and accessories will get lost. As a boy I tried so hard to keep track of them and just failed. Slowly but surely the guns disappeared. By and large the figures are durable. The heads can be popped off by abuse or a determined push, and the hands can be chewed until they no longer function. That is my best guess as to how well this series will hold up.
Like most of the basic figures Ki-Adi-Mundi stands 3.75 inches tall. Aesthetically he is not one of my favorites. Ki-Adi-Mundi has a large cone shaped head. It is all bumpy like he has bones popping out or large bruises. He has a topknot that extends down the back of his head and sports a white beard and mustache. Ki-Adi-Mundi is wearing light brown clothes made of molded plastic and covered by a dark brown cloth cloak. This is a case wear the cloth piece is not exactly up to snuff. Because of the cut and how it is so light it does not seem to hang like proper clothing on him. The cloak is secured around his waste by a brown belt. He has joints at the shoulder, elbow, and wrist. Ki-Adi-Mundi's lightsaber is blue. His face is highly detailed and you can see all the creepy bumps and contours of his big cone head. Once again, great detail for such Ki-Adi-Mundi does not have a special action but does come with a terrain base. His appears to be grassy and full of vegetation.
Despite getting whipping by the lame battle droids (I mean didn't Jar Jar defeat them? Jar Jar!) Ki-Adi-Mundi is something of a heavy hitter among the Jedi. His role in the Revenge of the Sith is previewed in the description on the package.....
Ki-Adi-Mundi is a member of the Jedi Council and a Republic General in the Clone Wars. Trained in the Jedi arts by Master Yoda himself, Ki-Adi-Mundi leads clone troopers against Separatist forces on the planet Mygeeto.
I hope the Separatist troops aren't battle droids this time.
Ki-Adi-Mundi is one of the more recognizable Jedi. If you are looking to collect many Jedi then I recommend buying him.
