Pros: Cool looking, two handed lightsaber grip
Cons: Face detail is not as good as other figures
The Bottom Line: One of the better looking figures. I don't know much about her yet, but it sounds like she has a good role in Episode III. Get one.

Luminara Unduli is another Jedi whom I don't think has has a speaking part through episodes I and II. She has been sited (by me) both sitting on the Jedi Council and in the arena battle on Geonosis against the Separatists. Luminara Unduli is a Jedi master and advisor to the Jedi Council. The fact that there are a lot more Luminara Unduli figures available for this movie leads me to believe she will have a more prominent role in Revenge of the Sith.
Luminara Unduli is figure number 31 and another member of collection number 2 in the Revenge of the Sith series. For her protection she remains safely in the package she was sold in. This figure is one that I have bought in the series tied to Episodes I and II as well. I did not have any trouble finding her this time around, but with the previous movies she was quite the rare figure. As with all of these figures, they are not recommended for children under the age of four because the small pieces can be a choking hazard.
The text in this paragraph will be common throughout all of my reviews of Star Wars Episode III basic characters. As far as the durability of these figures, well I don't open them. But I did open some from Episode I and I can tell you from past experience that the small weapons and accessories will get lost. As a boy I tried so hard to keep track of them and just failed. Slowly but surely the guns and lightsabers disappeared. By and large the figures are durable. The heads can be popped off by abuse or a determined push, and the hands can be chewed until they no longer function. That is my best guess as to how well this series will hold up.
Luminara Unduli stands 3.75 inches tall. She is a figure with a whole lot going on. Her head is covered by a dark brown headdress. Her shirt is a deep blue/green and is made of molded plastic. Her forearms are covered by a type of armor or decorative arm pieces. She also has a piece that hangs from her belt to a little below her knees that matches the arm coverings. Luminara Unduli has a dark brown waste cape, made of cloth. She has joints at the shoulder and elbow. These joints allow her to hold her lightsaber in a two handed grip. Speaking of her lightsaber, Luminara Unduli's is green. As far as her face, I have to say it matches the photos on the box very well, but at the same time I don't think it is up to the standard of the other figures I have reviewed thus far. I can't see her cheekbones and there just isn't a lot of variation. All that said I still think this is a very cool figure and a little bit of a departure from standard Jedi garb. Luminara Unduli comes with a terrain base. Hers appears to be grassy and floral, perhaps to match the floor of a forest planet?
Luminara Unduli has yet to say a word that I have heard in the movies. She is however cool looking and I hope we get to see her in action in Revenge of the Sith. Her bio from the package follows...

That must be where the wookie shots came from on the Episode III trailer.
I recommend buying Luminara Unduli. In my opinion she is cool looking and I like the two handed lightsaber grip. It sounds like she has an exciting part in the upcoming Episode III.
