Right this minute, as I write this review, I'm drinking water from a quart-size container.  Well, not plain water.  I can't seem to manage to drink plain water.  But I can drink flavored water.  So, today, I'm indulging in Hawaiian Punch's Sugar-free Lemon Berry Squeeze.  And it's delicious!

This flavor is part of their Singles to go! line.  This is a line of flavored powders that come in long, thin tubes.  This shape makes them very easy to pour directly into any brand of bottled water.  The directions call for mixing this powder into 16 oz. of water, but I find the flavor way too strong for that mixture.  So I pour mine into a quart-size container.  Half-strength is still plenty strong, as far as I'm concerned.

For some reason, they consider each tube of powder to be two servings.  Each serving contains 5 calories, 5 mg of sodium, and 0 of everything else.  No sugar, fat, or fiber. Just 5 little calories.  Of course, this means that each packet contains 10 calories. 

How do they make it sweet?  By adding Acesulfame Potassium and Aspartame.  I don't know why they need to add two different sweeteners, but they do.  What else is in here?  A bunch of chemicals, and "natural and artificial flavors".  I don't fool myself into believing that these drink mixes are exactly "healthy", but they help me get down a lot of water that I'd never be able to drink, otherwise.

The flavor is lemony, and fruity.  Because I make it half-strength, it's not too tart.  The powder dissolves very quickly, and completely, so there's no "gunk" left at the bottom of the cup.

Eight packets come in the box, which costs just a little over a dollar.  These packets are very convenient - simple to toss into a purse or lunch box.  Inexpensive, convenient, and delicious.   I'll drink to that!
