I think I damaged my scalp late last year with a head sun-burn (I have a buzz cut, and was not wearing a hat while golfing on a VERY hot day... needless to say that will NEVER happen again rofl!), and I've never been able to find a decent shampoo to counter-act my overly sensitive scalp now. Gets itchy from time to time and a bit flaky (virtually unnoticeable thank goodness).
Thanks for the really helpful review, I'm going to pick up a bottle of this stuff first thing tomorrow and give it a try! :)

Sue,
Yes, it does! If you wrote about the old thick, blue stuff! This is so much better.
Thanks for commenting.

Good Stuff (Reply to this comment)

Just one of the guys who tried it and as she says "It's Great" Also followed her hint about Vidol Sassoon Thickening Spray and for a guy who doesn't have a lot of hair left, it does make it look thicker and not plastered down to my scalp.
Thanks Lorace.

This sounds like it smells much better than the Head and Shoulders I reviewed!

I'd never heard of that product until I read ShanteL575's Reviews on them. Guess it's because it's not on the store shelves! It does sound wonderful, though. We're so lucky today. When I was young (ages ago) there were no conditioners. We had to use VINEGAR in those days. I shudder remembering.
The cockroach? ha Not much to it but I'll return and tell you.
Thanks, Lorace Aug 17 '01

Thanks For The Info!!! (Reply to this comment)

I generally use a separate shampoo and conditioner, anyway. The conditioner (available only at beauty salon shops) is called Humectress, and I just love it. It feels and smells very soothing! :o)

. . .I just want to leave you a message to get back over to my comment section and share your story about the cockroach on the pizza. It would fit right in, as I told you in the response to your comment I left over there! =)

You're in for a treat, I think. Thanks for letting me know. I'm eager to try the REFRESH one because it is supposed to feel like MINT. How does Mint feel? LOL
Thank you,
