Nora did it again. She has brought us into a trilogy, making us read them all as fast as possible so that we may find out what happens to our trapped lovers that have been waiting 300 years for 3 sets of true love to happen.
Darcy is our main character in this ending of the trilogy. She is a vibrant young woman who knows what she wants in life. She is painted as selfish and cocky, yet it fits her as she has been seen in the past 2 books. Yet of course once fate has an eye on you to fall in love, you are lost. You just have to find a way to accept it and learn to yield yourself to true love. The way that Nora weaves the tale of Darcy and Trevor, 2 people not wanting to fall in love and just enjoying each others company.
There are still the updates on all of the other characters as we fell in love with them in the other books. Nora weaves a tale of love and acceptance of who you are and the ability to overcome that with someone else. Just like Nora to bring you in and not let you go until you finish the story. All the way up to the ending you were wondering was it really going to happen or were they going to back away. Even the fairy prince Carrick was wondering and it was great to see him squirm a little.
Overall the book was awesome and I would say that if you like Nora Roberts then this was one trilogy that was brought to life in your reading. You could smell the tea and flowers. In many ways during construction you could hear the noise in your mind along with smell the sawdust.
