Avoid the HP 2133 notebook! A large percentage of these have a hardware defect that results in frequent random freezes and failures to boot. The longest I have gotten it to run without freezing is about 40 minutes. Usually it's much less, around 5-10 minutes; about half the time, it freezes during bootup.

HP support, as usual, has been abysmal, denying that a problem exists. Any internet search will prove that claim wrong.

BUT - even if it did work, this computer's slowness would make it nearly useless. This thing is SLOW! It has an integrated webcam, but the processor is so slow that the computer cannot handle a Skype video call (on the rare occasions when it does not crash first). Does that make sense?

I could go on and on - about its weight, its minuscule screen, its high heat output - but after those two critical defects, why bother? AVOID!!
