| qwyley's Full Review: Hewlett Packard L2000 (EH600A) Mouse |
I purchased one of these mice when I purchased a laptop from hpshopping.com, and it has served me well even as the laptop itself has had a number of issues. The mouse itself is stylish and bold with the signature yellow and black of the Lance Armstrong Foundation. The mouse is big enough to make it feel comfortable, but small and light enough that it can easily be taken with the laptop for travel. The mouse glides well over all surfaces, and it works on every surface I've tried except light colored counter tops, but I suspect that is a problem with all optical mice. The left and right mouse buttons require only a light pressure to press them; enough to prevent accidental pushing but not so much that your fingers get tired. The scroll wheel is responsive, and I have never had any issues with it sticking or not responding, as I've had happen with other mice. On either side of the mouse, there are rubber anti-slip pads that help your hand to grip and move it. The only issue I've ever had is that the mouse sometimes stops responding, but unplugging and plugging back in has always solved the problem and it doesn't happen often.
