Printer, Fax, Copier, Scanner, this machine does it all.
We're just setting up a home office and don't have a lot of room for a lot of equipment. This machine is no bigger than the printer we already had and it does everything.
My husband connected it to the computer (no big deal, just a printer cable) and the phone line. We loaded the software on the computer.
Then, as usual, he handed me the manual. I'm supposed to figure out how to use this thing.
I figured I better find out what all these buttons on the front do.
I read the section on the fax, pretty straight forward, just like most fax machine. About the same for copying and scanning. This isn't going to be so hard.
Okay, time to test it. I put a paper in to get ready to make a copy. A screen popped up on my computer to take me through the whole thing. I don't even need to touch all those buttons on the front panel. The computer does it all.
This is perfect, easy to install, simple to use, and the print quality is amazing (as good as a photograph).
