Pros: Easy to use, Fast, Handles many projects, only cost is the ink cartridges.

This machine handles many tasks and can bring down an expensive printing budget. The faxes stay on hold if you are using it the quality of the printing is very nice, the speed is great and allows you to work at a steady pace. Printing many things in great quantities has helped a lot while I've never had a problem. This machine can stay busy. Our printing used to be sent out, but the machine was very good toward printing for programs, pictures, and articles. It is all-in-one where you don't have to jump up to do other tasks. It is also very user-friendly and easy to understand and hook up to your computer. Many people in our office have used it and needed no explanations on what to do. We also had a lot of compliments on having such a nice machine in our office.
