This all-in-one desktop's beauty is second to none. Please go to link below to see it. Performance? Faasstttttt!! 4GB's of Ram provide a steady, consistent speed ratio to download/upload data very fast. The quality and definition of the graphics are wonderful at 1680x1050- DVD Player is there, wifi technology is there. The form-factor is slim and portable and it all fits in nicely on a photo-frame type stand behind the system. I highly recommend this machine and it does come in a variety of models, though for the most part they appear similar- they're are differences so 'check the specs' as the pros say! And enjoy!
Quick experience on the phone with Tech Support: I had a need for some help to get started and register my touchsmart computer so I called the phone number to tech support which is on the box when your pc arrives. 1800-hp-invent. The customer service representatives were so helpful and willing to assist me that I thought I was dreaming. In hindsight I wonder why other company's are so far behind HP in quality and care when it comes to their product.
This machine is made to last and it will but just make sure you follow all the care instructions and don't open the unit without the assistance of a professional especially if your unit is under warranty. I also want to put this out there.. Squaretrade.com offers all products an extended warranty (with exception to old products), go to this site and compare their price to other warranty offers. It's just always 'insurance' to have that extended warranty just in case something unexpected happens. This way you an sleep at night without the fear or worries.
