Pros: Picture quality was good, when it was working.
Sound quality is good.
Cons: Poor/slow customer service.
Life span short (90 days)
I have only had my 40" HiSense LCD TV for 90 days and it is not working...no picture. I have attempted for 10 days to get customer service to respond to my repair request. Extremely difficult to get through to CS. I left voice mails, faxed over copy of receipt and explained problem, emailed customer service same documentation, left customer service rep a voice mail...NO ONE responded to me. Finally spoke with CS rep after I called back (7 days since I faxed her information). Was advised that my service request was probably cancelled because of duplication, even though no service had been provided/scheduled. She said she would check into it, that a part would have to be ordered and could not give me a timeframe as when I could expect my TV to be repaired. I currently am regretting my purchase of a HiSense TV and would not recommend this product.
Repaired finally on April 29, 2012.
Update: Today is November 8, 2012, and once again my TV is broken. Same problem. Submitted service request.
