Pros: Price, Screen size, Vivid Color.
Cons: "Shadows" in between scenes.
The Bottom Line: I highly recommend this TV, especially if you want a large screen for low $$$.

I love my new projection TV. I bought it to replace a 27 inch television for my family room. The 27 inch TV wasn't broken, I just wanted a big TV on which to watch football and movies with my family.
It was a great price. It has lots of component hook-ups. The colors are absolutely brilliant and vivid. In my opinion the colors aren't much different than Plasma or LCD televisions. But that is MY opinion. The Day/Night mode is pretty cool.
The only thing I don't like is when the screen goes black, you can see "shadows" from the previous scene. The image isn't burnt into the screen cause when another scene comes up the "shadow" goes away. It mainly does this during the previews before a DVD's main menu when one preview ends, before the next preview begins. That brief 2 or 3 seconds that the screen is black you can see a "shadow" of the last scene. The only other time I notice it is when the credits start to roll. The black screen where the credits roll is darker than the sides of the screen where there are no credits rolling.
Other than that I really like my television.
