Cons: Filthy, uncomfortable rooms and filthy pool and hot tub.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn on Westowne Ave was horrible. The guaranteed non-smoking room has a paper cup full of cigarette ashes, butts and paper waste. The room reeked on smoke and some perfume scent used to try to cover up the stench. The beds and pillows were like rocks. The pool and hot tub were filthy with debris swirling in the corners. The room had chewed gum, paper debris and other unidentifiable crud in every corner of the room. If this had been our first Holiday Inn - it certainly would have been our last. The front desk manager was less than helpful when apprised of the conditions of the room. They did take 5% off of our bill.
