| Kissikins's Full Review: Hollywood 48 Hour Miracle Diet |
Let me first start off by saying, I am not someone who needs to lose weight, but being a female, naturally I always seem to think I do. When I purchased this product I was 5'5" and 120 lbs.
The ad for the product claims you will lose up to 10 pounds in 48 hours or your money back, and I purchased it with the hopes of losing about 5.
The diet itself is simple, you get a 32 oz bottle of juice that you are to live on for 2 days. On day one you mix one 4 oz serving of the concentrate with 4 oz of bottled water and sip on that for the first 4 hours. You then repeat this three more times during the rest of day one. You also are supposed to drink at least 8 glasses of water through the day as well. Then comes the fine print. " For best results, do not consume food, alcohol, caffeine or tobacco"...WHAT?
Hold up, wait a minute, noone mentioned this in the ad!
So here are my results. I cheated folks..yes, I will admit it, I smoked, I drank my diet coke like I always do but as far as eating..I only consumed one small meal that day of steak, and corn on the cob. However, that was cheating too because it says not to consume food. I had no plans of this diet working after I had read this info because I knew I couldn't stick to the no tobacco, no caffeine stuff!
After day one, I stepped on my scales and had lost 3 lbs. Not bad for cheating that day. After day 2 I stepped on the scales and had lost a grand total of 6 lbs. Again not bad since I had stopped at the local bar and had 3 beers which was also a big no no.
So what is in this miracle bottle? Here is a break down.

The juice itself is very good tasting, nice fruity taste that I enjoyed drinking. Taking in consideration that I didn't follow the directions, I feel this product lived up to it's expectations. Perhaps if I would of stayed away from the no no's I could of acheived 10 lbs of weight loss, but I caved.
I have seen the miracle diet in a range of prices on the net, I suggest doing a search on the internet to find the cheapest version. I paid $22.95 before shipping but have seen it as low as $19.95 to as high as $34.95.
Basically I feel this product was a good idea for wanting to drop a few pounds quickly or for anyone with several pounds to lose to get the ball rolling.
