Pros: Fairly easy to follow, convenient, tasty
Cons: Rather expensive
The Bottom Line: Easy to use, convenient, tasty, I think it could be effective if used in conjunction with a sensible eating and exercise plan, not as a total weight loss solution.

| lrholl's Full Review: Hollywood 48 Hour Miracle Diet |
I heard about the diet and came here to see if others had opinions on what they thought the product was like. After reading both the recommendations and the not recommending, I decided to try it. I made it through the 2 days. Was a little hungry the first day, but day 2 either I was too busy to concentrate on the fact that I was not eating or my hunger pains went away, but I did not even finish my juice the second day. I lost 8lbs over the 2 days. I also did not finish my water, either day. I am just not a big water drinker. I read some of the opinions that said you could do this(basically fast) with other juices and/or products, cheaper and I considered that. But I wanted something that did not require a lot of thought. So I was willing to pay for that convenience, and will do so again. I also considered possible side effects. I have tried other diets and weight loss products such as SlimFast which left me feeling bloated and gassy. I also read in some of the opinions that others had some side effects with this and I still decided to try it. I did not have any side effects and was surprised by the energy I possessed and what I was able to accomplish even though I was not eating. I plan to do this 1 to 2 times a month in conjunction with my WW program. I do see that doing this alone would not be a lasting solution but in conjunction with an reasonable exercise and eating plan, I could see using it, especially when I need a jump start or trying to get over a plateau. Also, after my 2 days the 3rd day I had a salad and some fruit and slowly eased back into my regular eating but I found my cravings had decreased and that I got satisfied quicker when eating. I am definitely going to use this product again. I bought it at GNC for $23.99 but then saw it in Walgreens for $19.00.
