The Bottom Line: please save yourself the money, you would be better off buying a straw broom to clean your house, it would work better than this vacuum.

I have had this vacuum for over a year. Here are the problems. It is heavy. Belts constantly break. It won't pick up a speck of dust if the cup is 1/2 full and it gets that full in about 10 minutes. Then you have to take the vacuum outside because it is so messy. While dumping the cup you get all the dust up in your face and on your hands. The filter is gross to wash. The vacuum will not fit under anything, unless your couch sits 6 inches at least off the ground. The little power windtunnel, doesn't work at all. It won't even spin around on the pull of the vacuum. It has no side suction, so you have to try to get the attachments to work, and that is really a pain. The light shines nicely on the body of the vacuum not the floor. I will never buy a hoover again after this experience.

What attachments come with the vacuum? the windtunnel jr that doesn't work, crevce tool, hard surface tool, and horsehair tool. Plus, two long extender tubes.
Does it have a hepa filter? yes
Is the handle adjustable? no
Does it have different settings for carpets and wood or lineoleum floors? yes. however, the vacuum works worse on hardwood and and lineoleum since it pushes the dirt away from the vacuum instead of sucking it into the vacuum.
what features decided you to buy this model? it was bagless, big mistake since it is twice as messy. the little windtunnel jr that doesn't work.
