Worked great...when it worked at all....now in the garbage

I had this SteamVac for a few years and used it approximately 2-3 times a year in my small house. It worked great! However, after about 10 uses the Spin Scrub brushes stopped working completely. We took it apart and got it to work again. That lasted for one more use, then no more spinning. Very disappointing to have paid so much $$ for something that is not going to last. From what I have read, if the brush mechanism can be fixed at all, it will be expensive. Also from what I have read, this is a common problem with these machines.
