The steam cleaner is awesome. However I wish Hoover would BACK their product, I would not want my name associated with this product. I have owned mine for 9 months, during that time after the 3rd use the top chamber leaked, and the valves broke off a replacement cost of $63, after 2 more uses from the replacement both water chambers have now broke - valves - and cracks through the cheap brittle plastic containers another $100 to replace. So the wonderful steam cleaner for $300 has now cost me $463+ in under 9 months and under 7 cleanings. I never thought Hoover would produce such a poorly made faulty product and not have the respect to issues a recall or replacement parts. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!
