Pros: Adding the cleaning solution and emptying the dirty water is very easy.

Cons: The machine is louder than I would like. Some tough spots need manual cleaning.

I bought this product because a family member recommended it. I had tile installed in my kitchen and dining area and wanted something to make cleaning a little easier. I am happy with the Floor Mate as it does leave my floor clean. There are some spots I need to clean by hand. In fairness to Floor Mate, my tile is not smooth. I find the machine easy to use and overall I am happy with my purchase.
