Pros: Has good suction. Works well on carpet. Bags are inexpensive.
Cons: Hose isn't long enough,hoses & attachments don't lock, does not work well on hard floors.
The Bottom Line: I would only recommend this vacuum to someone who wants an inexpensive vacuum to sweep only carpet and does not plan to use the attachments.

I purchased the Tempo Upright because I wanted an inexpensive vacuum to clean my small house which has very little carpet. I have had this vacuum less than 2 years and I HATE it. It makes me incredibly angry, as if vacuuming wasn't irritating enough, I have to deal with this crappy vacuum. Now don't get me wrong, it does have good suction and the replacement bags are cheap and if you are to only use it on carpet, this vacuum would be fine. It does not work well on hard floor and the attachments are cheap. The hose is really short and it barely stretches. The attachments do not lock together which means they constantly fall off and I can't even stretch it long enough to reach my ceiling, which isn't very high. I actually have to lift the vacuum up with my left hand as I vacuum the ceiling cobwebs with my right. That sucks, and not in a good way.
What else, oh, the vacuum likes to fall over, this happens because the hose hardly stretches...it also rolls into my feet while I'm trying to stretch it to reach something and the back underside has some sharp edges.
I can't stand this vacuum and I'd like to beat it with a baseball bat.
Do yourself a favor...don't buy this one.
