Pros: reliability, always ready
I have owned my Hot Springs Classic for 11 years. I finally had to call a repair person out after 10 years to replace a $35.00 thermostat. I use bromine and change the water every 3 months, i tried the ozone system but was not satisfied with it. The only problem I have is the thing won't break, so I can justify a new Hot Springs Spa, it just keeps running like that rabbit. My wife and I have used the spa every day since we installed it 11 years ago (except when on vacations), it is a 110v model but living is central CA. the water never gets below 102. My electricity cost is about $19.00 a month. That is to have it on 24/7 365 days a year. It is the only brand I would ever recommend, by brother in law has one that he has had for 20 years with no problems, other than minor.
