There was a time several years ago where I would go over to Ball State University at least once-a-week in good weather (meaning non-icy--as rainy/stormy weather didn't keep me away) and call it a "library day."
It would include other things, too, such as visiting friends both on and off campus, but this would be a time where I'd set aside a big chunk of time (generally, several hours) just to go into one or more areas of the library and read on different subjects by pulling down several books at once and taking them to a study carrel.
One of the areas I often frequented was a huge wall with shelves and shelves of plays, and I would go through and pick out a few at a time that caught my fancy and go read them.
I'm sure that the people who reshelved the books probably cringed when they saw me arriving! LOLOLOL
This play sounds like it's really well-constructed, and the construction of it reminds me of Our Town in a lot of ways--only with fewer cast-members playing more parts.
The subject matter is very controversial--and the temptation is also there to write in black and white with no gray areas, but this doesn't seem to be the case here.
I'll have to get my hands on this play--and best wishes with your acting in it!!!
