My two year old is potty training and I came across this product as something that I hoped might motivate her to continue using the potty. This product works just like the typical wipes you buy when baby is still in diapers. The difference is that these wipes are supposed to be flushable and they come in a cuter box.
If you buy wipes for your baby, this product is very similar to regular baby wipes but much smaller. In this product, you only get 42 wipes that are 5.5 x 7.0 inches in size. The box itself is also smaller than other products on the market. The problem is that this box of wipes costs $2.50 on sale which is the same price as other, larger boxes of baby wipes on sale. You can buy refills for this product but they are also priced similarly to larger products.
These wipes are supposed to flushable. They are smaller than ordinary wipes but they don't seem to be thinner and they don't come apart easily like toilet paper. They also have a texture similar to other baby wipes. I would say the only difference between these wipes and other baby wipes is that they are smaller. This doesn't make them more flushable. After potty training 3 kids, I know my toilets can flush 3 baby wipes (plus green army men and matchbox cars but that is a different story). If we put more than 3 regular sized wipes in, the instances of clogs starts to increase. I think we could probably put 4 of these wipes into our plumbing system and reliably flush them. The bottom line is that, if the toddler makes a big mess such that a lot of wipes are necessary, you might need to do an interim flush during clean up whether you use this product or another brand or size of baby wipes. It really isn't necessary to buy smaller wipes just to get one extra opportunity to clean up.
The box containing the wipes is red plastic with lots of colorful images on it. The colors definitely appeal to my toddler. You can open the box to access all the wipes or you can pop open the lid which dispenses one wipe at a time. My toddler likes playing with these wipes but doesn't find them any more interesting than other wipes. These wipes also don't motivate her to use the potty more. Since this is my third child, she is motivated by copying my older kids. Since my older kids use TP, my toddler wants to use TP. She associates wipes with diapers and doesn't really have much interest in them. I like to use wipes because it is easier to clean her but I can just use the baby wipes we already have. No new product was really necessary.
These wipes have a stronger smell than other baby wipes. Ours smell kind of fruity. I think the smell is too strong and smells like breakfast cereal. My toddler doesn't seem to notice the smell at all. In any case, I would prefer it if they toned the smell down.

FINAL RECOMMENDATION
I can't recommend this product. You can buy similar products with more wipes for the same cost. All wipes seem to flush the same so this product doesn't really make clean ups easier. Plus, this product doesn't motivate my toddler to use the potty. Given the higher cost, I wouldn't buy this product again and I wouldn't recomend it.
