Pros: soft velcro tabs, stretch everywhere, not bulky, can tell if wet/BM without removing, breathable
Cons: rare small leaks from backside, may be due to sizes run small
The Bottom Line: Cheaper, better fit, velcro tabs are the best! Other than sizes run small (which may cause leaks), I'd recommend it over Pampers for the baby's comfort.

The best thing about this diaper is the soft velcro tabs. It's flexible, so it doesn't cut into baby's skin/thighs & it doesn't stick to her skin. Plus you can open or readjust as often as needed without tearing the diaper apart.
It's definitely thin but can hold quite a bit! Because it's thin to begin with, you can easily tell when the diaper's wet because of it's weight - it gets a little thicker plus you can feel the temperature change down there without opening the diaper to take a peek or get your hands wet.
I have not had one leak out the leg holes as of yet, but I have had a few leak out the backside - no blowouts, just little leaks. I think this is due to the fact that the diaper seems to be smaller size 1 than the Pampers' size 1. The sizes seem to run smaller than average. Plus it's not as long, so the backside doesn't go up the back far enough in my opinion to keep those leaks to a minimum. Because of this, I doubt if you can keep wet diapers on for more than 2 hours if you're lazy to change 'em or are taking a long car trip... Personally, I was afraid to not change it right away because the diaper felt so "full" once wet & I didn't want to find out if it could hold more stuff. Actually, this can also be a good thing -- cuz' it forces you to change frequently, which is better for baby's skin & reduces the chance for things like rashes.
The cover is cottony soft & very breathable -- great for air circulation to keep diaper rashes to a minimum or to have them heal quicker. Also, this diaper is stretchy - around the waist & back, the legs -- where movement is most noted. I never had to worry about red marks (or skin peeling) around the waist & leg area because of the diaper's cotton cover & flexibility, unlike Pampers. Also, I could somewhat see thru the cover when baby had a BM without taking it off. It's not see-thru, but enough that you could tell if you paid close attention to it.
For me, this was cheaper than Pampers Baby Dry. It cost $9.44 versus the $11.49 for Pampers, and as much diapers as my baby goes thru - cheaper is better!
