Hi, I work with many different power tools for a living. I try to buy good tools because cheap 'disposable' tools do not save you time/make you money. I bought the 455 on ebay, it is used. This is not my 1st Husky, but I needed a larger saw than the 350/142 I also own. I just cut this afternoon a 35 foot x 36 inch dia silver maple log. The saw cut through nicely. I have a 20" bar/chain on the 455. I didn't stall it once and with no chain wobble I was able to make a cut from each side of the log to get totally across the log. The saw weighs a few more pounds than my 350, but it is balanced nicely. No vibration in my arms to fatique me. The great power lets you cut through quickly if you need a break. The oiler works fine and I didn't go through 1 tank cutting 8 cuts through this log. Saw chips fly out nicely not to build up/slow the saw.
