Must admit I've not tried the pancakes there! Know what you mean about Uzbekistan (I assume you have been to Wigwam?) !! Nice to meet someone else who knows this part of the world!

The best thing about the Baku Hyatt for me is the pancakes! I have not found a hotel which does them better!
Also, the nightclub 1033 is by far the best in the region. Only the girls are better in Uzbekistan!
