Pros:None I can think of
Cons:Old, ugly, poor computer connections
I'm a Hyatt Diamond member (the highest level) and this is the worst Hyatt I've stayed at. It's dingy, even for a hotel near the airport, the antiquated phone system wouldn't let me sign on above 9600 baud. Utterly without personality. Business center charges $1/page to print something for you.
