*Note the review is based on Aaron Brands Hydrogen Peroxide Solution U.S.P. (first aid antiseptic) that is laboratory tested and Quality Guaranteed. I am not writing on the 12 bottles per case 3-pack that this particular review is on, because the store I went to was out. They had two individual 16 oz bottles left and get one free for the purchase of another seemed good while .99cents seemed a whole lot better !
This is the very best liquid antiseptic and oral rinse, yes you can swish it in your mouth, the medicinal industry has. Hydrogen Peroxide Solution has two ingredients, very simply an active one of 3% hydrogen peroxide and an inactive one of purified water. The bottle is brown and even held up to the light only the fill line is noticeable, to a point although the liquid is clear.
It does have a particular ‘hospital smell’ like alcohol or vaporizing air, but it is hard to describe even for someone like me who has an extensive ‘creative vocabulary’. But I can say it is medicinal which means there is a odiferous germ-killing scent to it that when combined with bacteria, well cleansing has its own processing smell now doesn’t it ?
Having been in the medical industry for a little over a decade between otolaryngologists, nephrologists, cardiologists and gastroenterologists (ENTs, kidneys, heart & digestive system) you become very familiar with this product especially its cleansing and healing properties.
The chemical properties stand as having one more atom of oxygen than water and still holding two atoms of hydrogen in its combined form. There is an accumulation of hydrogen peroxide, or dioxide as chemists say, in the rainwater we have falling globally. This helpful combination of vapors falls and is separated after collection and used in hospitals around the world.
Since our ozone has 3 atoms of oxygen the peroxide or dioxide is very helpful to existing plants that are lacking sufficient sun and water due to the depletion of that layer. Yet, we still have a tremendous amount of this stuff untapped ! It is primarily used to halt the continuance of infection and antiseptically guard against any further bacterial contamination.
The bubbles that eventually wash the ‘boo boo’ away is an exciting experience for kids to see and talk about as their wounds are cleansed without stinging or tears to ruin a great ‘healing priority’.
When ‘jesse’ was a little guy he really disliked the little ‘fire throwers with torches’ when the Betadine or mercurochrome or even alcohol would spread evenly across one of his many boo-boos; but Hydrogen Peroxide Solution were the soldiers with class. These little guys came in and made gentle bubbles that neither stung nor caused any tears. A miracle liquid ‘the kid’ exclaimed ! He was two you see and boo-boos were not to be messed with.
A 16 fluid ounce bottle, roughly 1 pint or 473 milliliters will last a month in our household even though ‘jesse’ is gone to another realm where boo-boos are no longer an issue, the rest of us are very grateful this antiseptic and sanitizing oral rinse is available on our and yours too, grocery and drugstore shelves. If not, have the manager order some as summer-time brings bug bites, rashes, sun tanning blisters--all healed by some applications of Hydrogen Peroxide Solution.
You see it is alkaline folks . . . Instructions as a wound cleaner first aid antiseptic:
1) clean the affected area careful not to rub raw exposed second epithelial layer of tissue
2) apply 1-3 times daily of product (capful with two q-tips dipped in works good)
3) may be covered with a sterile bandage if wound is more than superficial or still bleeding
4) if bandaged let product dry first Instructions as an oral rinse, deriding agent:
1) adults & children 2 yrs and over
2) mix with an equal amount of water
3) swish around affected area of the mouth for at least one minute and then spit out
4) use up to 4 times daily and at bedtime or as directed by dentist or your doctor
This product is not toxic however there is speculation on just how good it is for you to ingest. Yes people really drink this stuff and generally do NOT mix with equal parts of water. I won’t suggest this unless you are absolutely sure your acidity level in your blood needs to be made more alkaline. Hydrogen Peroxide Solution by Aaron Brands is the key to that balance.
So with a few dollars more of other medications in that medicine cabinet of yours, don’t you think you should have the top germ killer of no tears and no stingies so that when a boo boo does come around, it can be bubbled away fast . . . ?
