I have tried Hydroxycut several times after seeing their advertisements showing fat people getting thin. I don't know where they get the testimonials from, but this product simply does not work for me. In fact it causes problems. After a week of taking it, I started getting severe heartburn and headaches. I started having pains in odd places and promptly stopped taking it and the symptoms went away. I tried it again a month later and the symptoms returned. During this time, I ate sensibly and kept calories at around 2600 per day. I lost very little weight. The weight I did loose, I attribute to the change in eating habits. I feel that this product did not do anything to help me loose weight or control appetite. I have spoken to several friends and each of them have had similar results.
