Easy set up?!?! NOT SO with me

Cons: Not so easy to set up. C.S., 1 in 5 chances of getting real help.

It took five calls to tech support three times re-installing software. Finally was able to set up one lap top to network! Oh and don't try setting up two everything goes down the drain.
