This is one of those items that the name is a great statement for the product. I love the flavor of this on everything you would use butter on. It has a serving size as 1 spray but what does it really matter as there is no calories in this. Spray till your hearts content because this is a freebie for calories. I am on a diet and this is a staple in my house. One of my favorite recipes I use this for is southbeach diet mashed potatoes. You steam cauliflower in microwave then put in food processor with some of this spray and that is it your done. Great when you’re a potato lover and you’re cutting down on eating the mashed Potatoes. I also love in on my whole wheat bread, popcorn, pancakes, hot cereal. This has a wonderful flavor on vegetables too. O calories have at it! Enjoy that's butter!
