Not as good as Tech Decks!

Pros:Ehh, you can pull off a few fingerboard tricks here and there...
Cons:Cheesy graphics, and they fall apart too easily!
The Bottom Line: Get Tech Deck fingerboards instead!
Fingerboards have fascinated me since the first day I found out about them. At the time, I was deeply interested in the extreme sport of skateboarding, so I tried my best to get anything that had something to do with skateboards. When I laid my eyes upon one of the amazing Tech Deck finger-skateboards, I had to get my hands on one.
I tried one out, and I ended up enjoying it a lot. It gave my little cousin and I something to do when we suddenly became bored. So what did I do from there? I looked for other items that were similar to these Tech Deck fingerboards. I then came across a different brand of finger-skateboards called Fingerboards, and I tried out a couple. The results? Hmmmmm...Not near as good as the Tech Deck fingerboards!
The size of these finger-skateboards was pretty much the average size of other fingerboards that I had. I expected more out of these things! There was no good grip tape...Wait a minute...There was no grip tape period! The deck of the fingerboard was made of all plastic, and it had some cheesy graphic that was being shown on the TOP of the deck instead of the BOTTOM, where it is supposed to be.
So I then try to do a finger boardslide on these things. Nope, the bottom of the deck wouldn't let me! There was a thick line of plastic on the bottom of the deck that was completely unnecessary. And if you want to do grinds and such, you are out of luck. There were no actual trucks on this fingerboard, only some strangely shaped plastic bar that held the plastic wheels together.
So really, all you are capable of doing on this fingerboard is simply scooting around on it, which can be a problem as well...Probably because of the squeaky wheels that can/will get very annoying! The noise that the wheels make is not pleasant. In fact, it is almost as unpleasant as listening to Trivium.
I know many people who collect the most random things, so unless you only wish to collect these things, you should stay away from them. These fingerboards are not worth the money that you pay for them. I recommend that you get the Tech Deck brand of fingerboards instead. The squeaky noises that these fingerboards made when rolling them drove me insane. Plus, these fingerboards don't even last that long. These things lasted me only a couple of weeks before they started to chip, and eventually break apart. I doubt that any child would want to use a 2 inch long piece of plastic as a fingerboard!
