Although Schrade Cutlery is now closed, I believe the Schrade Tough Tool will be admired and respected for it's quality and durability into future generations. The tough tool was constructed for a lifetime of service. Of my different multitools I own, I would have to admit that the Schrade Tough Tool is my overall favorite. I believe the fit and finish is superb and not to mention the strong stainless steel used in it's construction. The year my tool was built was in 1996. I have found difficulty in finding any through retailers, but if I find another I will surely buy it. Long live the memory of Schrade Cutlery of Ellenville, NY!
